Enormous Jake, World's Tallest Pony, Bites the dust In Wisconsin At Age 20

 The humongous pony was 6-foot-10 (almost 2.1 meters) and weighed 2,500 pounds (1,136 kilograms).

The 20-year-old Belgian named Huge Jake lived on Smokey Empty Ranch in Poynette. Valicia Gilbert, spouse of the ranch's proprietor, Jerry Gilbert, said Enormous Jake passed on about fourteen days prior however declined to give the specific date of death when The Related Press contacted her Monday by means of Facebook. 

"We would prefer not to recall him by a date — it's been a horrible mishap for our family," she said.

Large Jake was 6-foot-10 (almost 2.1 meters) and weighed 2,500 pounds (1,136 kilograms). The Guinness Book of World Records ensured him as the world's tallest living pony in 2010.

Jerry Gilbert revealed to WMTV that Huge Jake was a "genius" and a "really eminent creature." He said Enormous Jake was brought into the world in Nebraska and weighed 240 pounds (109 kilograms) upon entering the world, around 100 pounds (45 kilograms) heavier upon entering the world than a common Belgian foal. 



He said he intends to memorialize Huge Jake by keeping his slow down void and embeddings a block outwardly of it with his image and name.

"It's actual calm (at the homestead)," Jerry Gilbert said. "Different ponies know. I think they have their own lamenting time in light of the fact that Jake was the focal point of consideration around here. There is a tremendous void. It seems like he's still here, yet he's not."
