Nadia Buari rejects $75,000 endorsement contract

Lagos - Ghollywood and Nollywood actress, Nadia Buari's according to reports from her public relations office, has refused to be a brand ambassador for  French cosmetic company, Avant Claire Grande in Africa, reports Pulse.ng

The screen diva said that  she  does not want to support anything that will affect  the health of Africans, as she claimed that the Claire product contained compounds of hydroquinone, a chemical used for skin whitening and bleaching, which could be harmful to the skin.

According to reports the contract is worth $75,000 and would have made her the company’s brand ambassador representing the African continent.
